Fuqing Unit 1 will be commercial in July, 2014
Fuqing Nuclear Power unit 1 will probably supply power generation next July 31th.
Unit 1 started on November 21th, 2008, and the construction last for 68.5 months.
Up to now, 60 months have passed and the construction reached at the peak of debugging. The first grid connection will be next June 5th and performance testing on July 31th.
Unit 2 started on September 18th, 2008. The construction has reached the phase of system turnover. It is predicted to realize the performance testing on January 15th, 2015 and then begins to produce electricity.
Unit 3 and unit 4 started on December 31th, 2010 and November 17th, 2012. For the moment, these two units have entered the phase of installation and construction separately.
Unit 5 and unit 6 are under the construction of engineering underground.
