Ningde NPP Unit 2 First Achieves Full Power Operation
On Febrary 20th, Ningde NPP Unit 2 of CGN achieved 100% full power operation for the first time.
After being connected to the grid on January 4th, Ningde Unit 2 has completed 30%, 50% and 75% of the platform work successively. On February 17th, it passed 90% of the control point release test set by the National Nuclear Safety Administration. After that, in order to cooperate with the isolated grid operation requirements of Fujian power grid, the unit remained under restricted power operation until February 20th when they first achieved full power operation.
