Fukushima Updates today –
The reason for stoppage of the
unit 4 fuel cask crane was human error... Bundle removal has resumed… 550 fuel
bundles have been moved from unit #4 pool... A contract worker died in a
construction accident on Friday... Releases of uncontaminated groundwater could
begin as early as May... The one operating ALPS isotopic removal unit was
stopped briefly on Saturday night... Researchers have found another way to
reduce F. Daiichi groundwater contamination – freezing.
