Friend and colleague in Japan, Paul Blustein, has bluntly rebuffed a
recent Fukushima FUD article in a popular Asian journal. Kyle Cleveland
wrote the FUD article for the Asia-Pacific Journal. Paul says he wrote
the rebuttal "For those of you who may have seen--and been irked
by--some stuff written recently on Fukushima by a couple of profs at
Temple University Japan, here's a little something I wrote in response
for an online Japan issues forum." Blustein's report to the Forum can be
