NRC wants public comment on GE-Hitachi nuclear reactor design

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on a supplement to the proposed rule to certify General Electric-Hitachi’s (GEH) Economic Simplified Boiling Water Reactor (ESBWR) design.
