Heavy Metal 3D Printing to Apply in Nuclear Pressure Vessels

Insider from Nafine chemical industry Group Co., Ltd disclosed that its heavy mental 3D printing technology has obtained the conditions of industrialized. At present, joint commissioning of its processing equipment is under conducting. The trial production still needs a certain amount of time. The joint commissioning mainly refers to each system of the printing process need combined control and to be matched with each other. After the delivery, the product will be mainly used in nuclear pressure vessels.
After commissioning, the company will have the world’s largest fused precision shaping complete sets of special engineering equipment (heavy mental 3D printing), processing capability of manufacturing heavy metal components with maximum diameter of six meters and the weight of 300 tons.
