NERC Troubled About EPA Clean Power Plan Impact On Grid Reliability

its assessment of EPA’s proposed Clean Power Plan released this week,
the North American Electric Reliability Association (NERC) says it will
take more analysis to determine if the targets can be achieved in EPA’s
time frame without affecting the reliability of the bulk power system.
