In the UK alone 70% of high skilled nuclear labour is set to retire by 2025. Attracting new talent from other industries and educational programmes will be one vital step to dealing with this growing gap but enhancing transparency of knowledge amongst key stakeholders operating in this highly regulated industry cannot be overlooked.
