GEH wins $70 million contract to service Browns Ferry
The Tennessee Valley Authority has awarded GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy a
contract worth more than $70 million to provide outage services for
units 1, 2 and 3 of the Browns Ferry nuclear power plant. According to
the agreement, GEH will provide "a full portfolio" of outage and
inspection services, including refuel floor, under-vessel activities and
control rod drive mechanism exchange services for the reactors near
