KUDANKULAM: Examine safety of two Kudankulam nuclear plants, shift out new units: M.K. Stalin - The Economic Times: Kudankulam in Tirunelveli district, around 650 km from here, has two 1,000 MW nuclear power plants, built with Russian equipment. The plants are owned by Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd.
