MEDIA-EDF says no new nuclear reactors in France without state support-Ouest France: ** French state-controlled utility EDF's CEOJean-Bernard Levy tells Ouest France daily that EDF can nolonger build new nuclear reactors in France without statesupport.** Asked when EDF could build new reactors at home, Levysays "Henceforth, we cannot build new reactors without adequateregulation providing guaranteed income".
