Governor: Time to stop charging for abandoned nuke plants | Business | siouxcityjournal.com: COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster has sent a letter to lawmakers saying he will sign a bill that stops charging ratepayers for two abandoned nuclear reactors.
