Honeywell Sues Gov't To Recoup $1.9M For Nuke Plant Fixes - Law360: Honeywell International Inc. went after the federal government Friday in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, alleging that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission improperly billed it $1.9 million in connection with sanctions the agency imposed on the company’s Illinois uranium conversion facility.
