WESTINGHOUSE WINS 10-YEAR OUTAGE SERVICES CONTRACT WITH XCEL ENERGY: Westinghouse Electric Company today announced it has been awarded a 10-year integrated outage services contract by Xcel Energy for its fleet of nuclear plants in Minnesota.
