Davis-Besse shut down for refueling | cleveland.com: FirstEnergy has shut down its Davis-Besse nuclear reactor near Toledo for refueling. About one-third of the reactor's fuel rods will be replaced, Routine maintenance will also be performed. Davis-Bess was last refueled in March of 2016.
