Energy Northwest to hlep with Terrestrial Energy new nuclear power reactor | Tri-City Herald: Energy Northwest in Richland will help a new nuclear company, Terrestrial Energy USA, with what could be its first operating nuclear power reactor. Energy Northwest, which operates Columbia Generating Station, signed a memorandum of understanding.
