Stopping nuclear war | New Hampshire: To the Editor: Growing up, my parents shared stories of air-raid drills and Cold War fear of nuclear war. In school, I learned about the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Knowing this gruesome history and the possibility of total devastation, I wondered, how could anyone ever think a nuclear attack was worth it?
