5th Circ. Nixes Texas' Suit Over Yucca Mountain License - Law360: The Fifth Circuit on Friday tossed a lawsuit with which Texas sought to force a decision by the federal government on the licensing of a proposed nuclear waste repository at Nevada's Yucca Mountain, finding that the Lone Star State brought its claims too late.
