Vote of Approval The House Committee on Energy & Commerce today approved H.R. 6351, the  Advancing U.S. Civil Nuclear Competitiveness and Jobs Act, by a vote of 33-16. The bill would direct DOE to develop a process to expedite approval for low-risk civil nuclear exports, including delegation of Secretarial approval authority.    The bill will now be referred to the full House of Representatives.
