Chugoku Electric applies for checks on Shimane reactor - The Japan News: TOKYO (Jiji Press) — Chugoku Electric Power Co. applied Friday for a Nuclear Regulation Authority safety screening of the No. 3 reactor now under construction at its Shimane nuclear power plant.
