TEPCO, 3 others in talks on nuclear business tie-up - The Japan News: TOKYO (Jiji Press) — Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings Inc., Chubu Electric Power Co., Hitachi Ltd. and Toshiba Corp. are discussing an alliance in nuclear power operations, informed sources said Wednesday.
