Toshiba completes Westinghouse sale - The Japan News: TOKYO (Jiji Press) — Toshiba Corp. said Thursday that it has completed procedures for the sale of failed U.S. nuclear plant builder Westinghouse to Canadian fund Brookfield Business Partners LP.
