Straight, No Chaser
For those policy wonks interested in raw data, here is the conference report
from H.R. 5895. The DOE section begins on page 71 of the PDF. For just
the funding levels, look to the tables beginning on page 96.
Done Deal
Congressional negotiators reached agreement today on H.R. 5895,
the "minibus" which contains FY 2019 Department of Energy funding. It
is the first FY 2019 appropriations bill to emerge from conference. The
final bill (talking points here) will have a House vote later this week and likely a Senate vote next week, after which it will land on the President's desk.
