Move Along The Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources advanced Dr. Rita Baranwal's nomination to Assistant Secretary of Nuclear Energy this morning, with only Senators Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Catherine Cortez Masto (D-NV) opposed.    The nomination will now move to the full Senate for consideration. Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) has already stated she hopes that Dr. Baranwal will be confirmed along with other nominees before the end of the year.
