PG&E delayed transmission line repairs in wildfire area: PG&E was aware of a 2013 assessment that wide-ranging work was needed on an aging complex of transmission lines and towers in an area scorched by a fatal wildfire last fall, but didn't schedule the necessary improvements under December 2018 -- one month after after the lethal infernos in Butte County in November 2018, according to regulatory documents.
