CA approves costly wildfire plan, bill goes to Gavin Newsom | The Sacramento Bee: California Governor Gavin Newsom to sign a $26 billion wildfire plan that addresses PG&E, San Diego Gas & Electric and Edison liability. The bill passed after Camp Fire. It tries to help victims and ratepayers.
