Fukushima gov. accepts TEPCO decision to scrap Daini nuclear plant: Fukushima Gov. Masao Uchibori says his prefecture will accept Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings Inc.'s recent decision to scrap the Fukushima Daini nuclear complex near the Daiichi plant crippled by the March 2011 disaster.
