Macron, Rouhani hold talks over Iran-US tensions: Paris (AFP) July 30, 2019 - French President Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday spoke with his Iranian counterpart Hassan Rouhani and reiterated his call for a de-escalation of tensions between Iran and the United States, the Elysee said.
