International collaboration secures radioisotope supplies - World Nuclear News: Research reactors in Canada and the Netherlands will work together to create a dual supply of the medical isotope iodine-125, McMaster University and NRG have announced. The collaboration is a response to a worldwide shortage of the product in 2017.
