PG&E may shut off power in Butte, Plumas, Yuba to avoid fires | The Sacramento Bee: Pacific Gas and Electric Co. may shut off power to thousands in Butte, Plumas and Yuba counties to reduce fire risk, the company announced Friday. Over 12,000 customers would be without power.
