Haiyang to be China's first nuclear-heated city | SmartBrief: China's State Power Investment Corporation says that by 2021, Haiyang is expected to be China's first city to be entirely heated by waste heat from a nuclear power plant. China follows Sweden, Russia, Switzerland and Romania, which have already developed nuclear heating systems.
