Tepco will increase the F. Daiichi staff to
enhance station decommissioning… Tepco believes some of the F. Daiichi ice wall
coolant is leaking into the ground… Tohoku region sea species recovering from
the 2011 tsunami might be doomed… A used MOX fuel bundle has been removed from
a Japanese reactor for the first time… The Hiroshima High Court has once again barred
Ikata #3 from operating… The total cost to implement post-Fukushima accident
nuclear safety measures is estimated at $123 billion.
