Critics of planned nuclear power project urge Utah cities to pull out - Deseret News: A planned modular nuclear power plant in Idaho that may someday provide carbon-free energy to more than two dozen Utah cities or special service districts was criticized by the Utah Taxpayers Association as being too costly and not transparent enough.
