Debate rages on for nuclear waste facility proposed near Carlsbad: The hearings were planned to be held on Aug. 20 from 4 to 7 p.m., Aug. 25 from noon to 3 p.m., Aug. 26 from 4 to 7 p.m. and Sept. 2 from 9 a.m. to noon.
