Rosatom starts building reactor for Akkuyu unit 3 : New Nuclear - World Nuclear News: AEM Technology, part of the Atomenergomash engineering subsidiary of Russia's Rosatom, has started manufacturing the reactor pressure vessel for unit 3 of the Akkuyu nuclear power plant. Yesterday's announcement follows a ceremony held on 10 March to mark the pouring of first concrete for the unit at the Akkuyu construction site, which is in the Mersin province of Turkey.
