Bulgaria and Ukraine MoU covers nuclear energy cooperation : Nuclear Policies - World Nuclear News: The energy ministers of Ukraine and Bulgaria have signed a memorandum of understanding to "deepen cooperation" in the energy sector, including "participation in joint projects and initiatives involving joint activities in the field of nuclear energy".
