IAEA chief says Saudi research reactor almost complete | Reuters: Saudi Arabia's nuclear research reactor is almost complete and the International Atomic Energy Association (IAEA) is discussing the necessary inspections with Riyadh, the head of the U.N. watchdog said on Wednesday.
