Nuclear-waste lawyers are going to Nevada in June
Lawyers representing the Energy Department, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Nuclear Energy Institute and state and local governments will head to Nevada on June 3 and 4, when administrative law judges on the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board will hold hearings on the administration's move to withdraw the Yucca Mountain license application..
