Any financial maneuver attempted by Entergy that may affect the economic viability of its two nuclear plants in New York should be reviewed by the New York Public Service Commission, the regulatory body said Thursday. The measure is a response to Entergy's earlier plans to spin off 5,000 megawatts of nuclear capacity in several states, including New York.
