UPDATE 1-Hokkaido Elec warns it may face winter power crunch

TOKYO, June 9 (Reuters) - Hokkaido Electric Power Co , which serves Japan's northernmost island, said on Thursday it may face a power supply crunch this winter as well as increased fuel costs if it cannot restart two nuclear reactors taken down for maintenance.
