The world's nuclear stockpiles are far from safe and could fall into the hands of terrorists, the American non-governmental organization Nuclear Threat Initiative said Wednesday in a new study. The research listed North Korea, Pakistan and Iran as holding the most vulnerable nuclear inventories.
