Catching Up with the Legacy of Lies
Although
there are views on nuclear energy that are partisan in nature, there is
nothing inherently ideological about an energy source. It is what it is
– whether a creature of the free market (as in the United States) or a
nationalized industry (as in China) or a mix of the two (as in France.)
However you view it, it’s still all about turning a turbine.But maybe nuclear energy is a profoundly undemocratic thing, a Cultural Revolution in a reactor:
