Hydro & Nuclear Power has delayed or canceled the development of 10
nuclear plants and one tidal power facility in South Korea, which if
completed could have generated about 12.7 million kilowatts of
electricity. "We have postponed or canceled some plant construction
deals because the government has become more careful about giving out
approval after the Fukushima nuclear disaster," a KHNP official said.
