North Korea urges foreigners to leave Seoul North Korea has urged foreigners in South Korea to leave the country to ensure their safety in the case of war, as tensions escalate on the Korean peninsula.

“We do not wish harm on foreigners in South Korea should there be a war,” state media quoted the North Korean government as saying on Tuesday.
