Dismantlin

detailed press handout has been issued by Tokyo Electric Co. for the
plan to dismantle the upper portion of the enclosure around F. Daiichi
unit #1. The company says it will be the best way to facilitate removal
of the debris left by the Hydrogen explosion of March 12, 2011, and the
fastest way to transfer used fuel bundles out of the spent fuel pool.
