Guangxi Province: China's first nuclear power plant will be commissioned in 2015
Guangxi Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. announced in Nanning, Guangxi, that Fangchenggang nuclear power plant project will be put into commercial operation in 2015. Fangchenggang nuclear power plants is under construction in China's western regions and ethnic minority areas.
Fangchenggang nuclear power plant is located in southwest China, the northern Bay.The China General Nuclear Power Group Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Investment Group Co., Ltd. to establish a joint venture in charge of Guangxi Fangchenggang Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. construction and operation. Project planning and construction of 6 Gw nuclear power plants, with a total investment of about 70 billion yuan, including a project to build two nuclear power units.
