The grid attack that could kill 9 out of 10 Americans (and North Korea is capable)

Quick Take:  Utilities already have plenty of security headaches. After all, China, Syria and the hacker group Anonymous are all stepping up their cyber attacks against the grid. What's more, a recent report revealed that a physical attack on a handful of key substations could black out much of the Eastern seaboard for months.
