Tuesday, April 07, 2015
2:30 PM - 3:00 PM (Eastern Time)

The natural gas industry in North America is transitioning. The focus is changing from the Henry Hub to the Appalachia region thanks to the Marcellus and Utica shales. As the very foundations of the market change beneath us, what impact does it have on regional price volatility going forward? Over the past few years the Henry Hub has seen fewer price swings while the Marcellus has seen more. Will it continue? Could the unthinkable actually happen--the Marcellus replaces the Henry Hub as the new basis point of record? Get the low-down in less than an hour. This fast-paced webinar will feature brief presentations followed by a Q&A with two experts on natural gas prices.
Presenters:
  • Patrick C. Rau, CFA, Director of Strategy & Research, NGI - Natural Gas Intelligence
  • Wei Chien, Founder, Observ Commodities, Gas Price Forecasts
