Bill for new Hinkley Point nuclear power station hits £20bn...and may go even higher after warning project may be delayed by 15 months

  • The controversial project in Somerset has risen by £1.5 billion to £19.6billion
  • French state controlled firm warned it could be delayed for up to 15 months
