House proposes funding boost for nuclear weapons program, Yucca Mountain: The House Appropriations Committee released its fiscal 2019 energy and water spending bill Sunday that includes sizable increases for national defense nuclear weapons activities, the Army Corps of Engineers' infrastructure priorities, and the Yucca Mountain nuclear waste repository.
